What are your delivery charges?

Orders over 850 AED qualify for free worldwide express shipping. We cover all taxes and duties. 

Orders under 850 AED differ by region:

UAE Express (1-3 working days) - Free

Worldwide (5+ working days) - 150 AED

Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for orders including a personalised product to be dispatched.

Delivery will be couriered by DHL. 

A multiple booking/orders/shipment may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

I'm buying a personalised gift for someone's birthday and need it for an exact date, can you guarantee delivery?

We'll do our very best! Please always email us at and let us know if you need your order for a certain date and we will be able to advise you.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Can I return my order?

Yes - it's really easy!

1. Please click here to request a refund. Our address will be emailed to you.

2. Once approved by email, fill in the returns card in the box we provided you with - just so we know who the item has come back from!

3. Send it back using the courier of your choice (we recommend DHL or FedEx). Please make sure to send your return by tracked delivery and notify us of the tracking information, and return the box in its original packaging. Please make sure you cover all taxes and duties.

Returns and custom fees must be covered by the sender. Please make sure to send your return by tracked delivery and notify us of the tracking information.

We recommend using DHL or UPS.

You can request a return for any unworn pyjama tops, bottoms or robes you have purchased from if they are returned up to 14 days after receiving your order. 

Items must be returned within a sellable condition - unworn and tags still in tact. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfume will not qualify for a refund. We have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect any of the above.

Please note any products personalised are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

Due to personal nature of these items, we are unable to return any facemasks, scrunchies or pillowcases, unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

You have received my item back, how long until you process my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7-45 days of receiving your item back. 

Can I exchange?

If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Customer can cancel their order within 2 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7-45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
