Placing Your Order

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website.

 

How do I pay for my order?

 

We accept all major international credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.

 

Do you have a shop?

No we are an online shop

 

How do I know what size I am?

Please refer to the Size Guide. If you need any help with this, please email hello@stateofrem.com and we will be happy to help.

 

Delivery

What are your delivery charges?

UAE Economy (2-5 working days) - 40 AED

UAE Express (1-2 working days) - 80 AED

Worldwide (5+ working days) - 150 AED

Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for orders including a personalised product to be dispatched.

 

 

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

 

I'm buying a personalised gift for someone's birthday and need it for an exact date, can you guarantee delivery?

We'll do our very best! Please always email us at hello@stateofrem.com and let us know if you need your order for a certain date and we will be able to advise you.

 

Refunds & Exchange

Can I exchange?

Yes, you can request for an exchange on any unworn pyjama tops, bottoms or robes you have purchased from www.stateofrem.com if they are returned upto 10 days after receiving your order. 

Items must be returned within a sellable condition - unworn and tags still in tact. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or smelling of perfume will not qualify for a exchange. We have the right to refuse an exchange if we suspect any of the above.

Please note any products personalised are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Due to personal nature of these items, we are unable to exchange any face masks, scrunchies or pillowcases.

Please use the Returns Page to process your exchange and send back your order within 10 days of requesting your exchange.

Returns and custom fees must be covered by the sender. Please make sure to send your return by tracked delivery and notify us of the tracking information.

We recommend using DHL or UPS.

How do I arrange to return my order?

Please visit the Returns Centre to process your refund or exchange.

Please note - returns must be received in their original packaging and must have the original swing tag in tact.

You have received my item back, how long until you process my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your item back. 

 

I have a damaged good, what do I do?

We are very thorough in checking all our products are left in pristine condition before they are dispatched, however if you do receive a faulty or damaged good, please let us know at hello@stateofrem.com
